I'm sure I don't get out on the water as much as many of you. But a thought or two.
What is the ratio of the amount of fuel one uses in the road vehicles to the amount used in the water vehicles?

I wish fuel prices would drop too, but I don't count on it, and, in fact, am planning for them to go higher.

I'm all for the advancement of alternative fuels/energy, but gas prices have not hit us hard enough yet to "spark" intensive demand.
Compare our future vehicle (and other) technology to that of Japan! We are years behind them!

Hey, how about installing a hydrofoil fit on our boats? Faster, more efficient...

Rowing? Slow to get there, but just think how fit you'll be!! (ha, ha)...especially rowing that 27 footer around!

I can see the revival of the backyard stills if prices grow beyond $3/gal.

What are your thoughts?
