I went to the NOF meeting at the Mill Creek office and spoke for the area 9 beach fishery in July, but the charter guys [Gary Krein and others] were greater in numbers and wanted a longer blackmouth season in April and gave up the useless[??] July fishery. If you want to have an impact you have to participate in the process------- kind of like voting.
