i keep the poaching hot line in my cell too. its easy and fast to call. there needs to be a clean up party again this summer down at the mouth of the duwamish. I guess last summer they took several undercover wardens down to the spokane street bridge and when they saw enough, they pulled the paddy wagon around and arrested everyone. i go down to the docks by saltys on alki and throw point wilson darts for salmon and every day there are guys breaking bottles into the water or stomping beer cans and throwing them in. and about every tem minutes someone gets a shaker, rips the hook out and kicks it back in. most of the time whem someone gets a chinook, they bag it and run for the car. i say what i can and have gotten pissed a few times but its hard when you dont want to ruin your own time by getting agro but it ruins my day to see it in the first place. one good thing about a fishing partner is that you are more likely to remind those around you to keep the ethics up. many times that i have tried to respectfully remind dirty fishermen to clean it up, i have found that once i said something many others quickly spoke up
