The cheapest and best way to clean copper flashers and lures is lemon juice. Just soak it in a small baking pan for 15 or 20 minutes then scrub with a sponge. It is the most amazing thing I've ever seen as far as cleaning fishing gear is concerned. It's also cheap and easy to get. My older brother saw Martha Stewart cleaning something on tv with it ~ I have no clue why he was watching martha stewart but thats not important any more because it actually works.
