Will the a-holes here ever stop?

You know, looking up a number of posts by some of these "armchair ethics scholars" has been enlightening.

One guy has posted almost nothing constructive while lying about the not-so-hidden agenda of his favorite animal rights groups.

Another fellow has posted nothing but short snippy comments on other people's posts, and on the few original posts that he comes up with, he only asks questions. Be original, I dare you.

It would be nice if you would make an original post, share something with the board, help us learn how to do something better.

I have tried my best to remain civil, and I have shared a number of outdoor experiences that I have had on this board. Sure, I made a few erors (Hmmm.... Cowlitz gravel pit boat launch , eggs for sale ), everybody does, but judging from the comments in the replies to a number of my original posts, folks seem to enjoy most of them.

I challenge you to come up with something entertaining and enlightening where the readers sit back and say "Wow, that was pretty cool. Someday, I want to try that!"

Finally, to those who think my posts are just bragging, they're not, because "it ain't braggin' if you can do it." (Dizzy Dean)

JacobF made a great post on giant sturgeon, and the photos make me want to try it. That should be your goal when you sit down to write. Contribute something, please.

Just remember what mom said, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
