Fishaddict Juvenille at Sea Registered: 01/21/02 Posts: 169 Loc: lacey, Wa.	I have a son who is in a wheelchair. I would like to take my wife and him to the Skagit this weekend for some humpie action. I have an explorer so I can drive on the river IF there are any access. PLEASE HELP A. Is the Humpie action good now on the Skagit?. B. Are there any vehicle access to the river so I can get him fishing? Your help would be GRETALY appreciated
