Last Sunday my friends caught and released a 28# wild coho at Westport. It was quite a screamer. We were fishing right beside them. They couldn't resist weighing it by the flasher hoop. It was a real hog. Look for it to go up the Columbia. I believe the state record is 25.5 at Sekiu. Look for the record to be broken this year. With ocean conditions like this, the Coho for the Edmonds Coho Derby might have some real big ones coming in for it. beer
