what I am saying is that the drug dealer is normally the one that should be prosecuted not the user. It is ill eagle (old indian chief) to sell drugs . If he used illegal drugs, his sources are the ones that are looking at charges, he is looking at rehab.

I don't believe that he has been charged with anything yet by any of the authorities. The only ones charging him are those who spew hatred towards him and want him to go away.
