Paranoid, we all have a right to express our concerns, but please go back to your original post and read it. There was no opinion or concern expressed there, just a comment that if you the "Local" didn't get a silver on this river today anyone claiming too, must be stretching the truth. Personally, I find such an attitude offensive.

I floated the river Saturday and again today and the number of fisherman out today compared to Saturday was down from what I saw. Maybe not the number of boats, but bankies and boats combined was down.

I think one point that is completely overlooked regarding the number of people on any given river today vs "X" number of years ago is the increase in the number of fisherman in general. Not too mention the increase in the number of guides....

People planning to float this river should be aware there is a log across the river between Cook Creek and the Forks. Not too bad today, but as the river drops this could present some danger.
