You guys know the REAL sad part of this discussion? We already seem poised to be at each other's throats because we happen to disagree on what a PROPOSED regulation might mean to our personal fishing experience.

Let's find the common ground here. If this proposal doesn't work, why don't we put our collective intelligence to work creating one that will.
