I like using left handed reels because it's so fun to watch the newbies scrambling to reel a fish in when the plug rods go down. laugh

Usually on the way to the river I'll suggest that they just reel on one I keep in the glove box for a while. They always say they're fine, "I can handle it". I'm usually howling by the end of the day.
