Isn't she the local "bride of the gillenetters"

She's never been on the sport fisher's side, so it's hard to believe that she would ever recommend much of anything for the sport fisher. Who knows, maybe she was one of those people who got there free education paid for by the either the gill netters or those free NMFS grants that NMFS gives out to the commercial fishing industry. Maybe that's one reason why NMFS keeps letting the gill netters take all of those listed fish in their by-catch.
