I don't shop there often (though I'm within walking distance of the Lynnwood store) but when I do I've had no complaints. Recently they had a sale going on for 20% off anything in the store other then clearance items, I asked them for 10-100 packs of Gami hooks and the guy behind the counter said that the 20% sale was for 2 items only but he would see if the manager would let me have them all for the sale price, after talking to the manager and telling him why I needed so many he said no problem, he didn't have to do it but he did, thats good customer service IMHO.
