Thats not what I'm saying Bob. Of course harvest has an impact on our fisheries. I'm just not convinced that a "sport harvest" has such an impact that it cannot be managed to sustain a fishery. Now fish harvested using such methods as gill nets, thats a different story. There may even a rare case where sport harvest were a main factor of a run decline. I can't think of one and I think it would be a rare case.
