All VERY good ideas: but I'd like to add one more. This will seem strange but ROLAIDS. When you start to get the 'tummy rolls' the acid builds up very quickly, making the situation worse.

Pop some Rolaids to take care of this .. and get the taste of bile out of your mouth. Stom. starts to 'roll' again, pop somemore.
