Yup, lots of people in the Pierce county area have exotic birds (I only know thanks to my job lol). But most in Tacoma area that I know of are caged birds. May have got loose. Or cage left open. I do know of a few breeders out in Gig Harbor that have TONS of exotics. I've been DYING for a pelt or two. Have lucked into some JC and BEP from them off dead birds. Nice scores. But it's the grays pheasants they have I'm really after. LOL. Don't think they'd be too happy if I "accidentally" ran one over. LOL. Doubt they'd give me the pelt either.
