Ok... my mistake...i found what everyone is talking about... Sad news.

Salmon and Steelhead:
For salmon and steelhead, the harvest of adult adipose fin-clipped summer chinook is allowed June 16 – July 31 from the Rocky Point-Tongue Point line upstream to the Oregon-Washington border. The daily bag limit is two salmon or steelhead per day. All other permanent rules listed in the 2004 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations pamphlet are in effect. During the fall chinook season that begins Aug. 1, anglers are limited to one chinook within the normal daily bag limit between Buoy 10 and Bonneville Dam.
