I bank fish. The way I see it is "first come, first serve". The river is free to all. It cracks me up when guys seem to think they can make up their own rules. If the Bankies wanted the hole so bad then they should have gotten their lazy butts outta bed earlier and been on the hole before light. The law is the law and as long as you are within it, screw these rules that some think they have the right to make. Most bankies are just jealous cuz they dont have a life to get a boat.
