Anyways, you never know what happened. I mean, if they aren't treating this as a high priority, then by all means, tell everyone you know about this.

HOWEVER, if they aren't being jerks or anything, and are crediting you back your money, then let it go quietly. You think this is a mistake you can't make, but in all honesty, you never really know... When I used to work at a gas station, I had a guy who came in and showed me his credit report, showing we charged him over $80 if i recall... I checked our reports and it showed we charged him only $30 something... strangest thing. needless to say, he was credited immediately.
