I agree with you........give it a chance to work....who knows it might increase the wild run sizes on the rivers that now have "wild fish".

Wish the "state" or Fed's, would do a "10 years average" indian gillnet catch, then as the take gets close to this average, incourage the tribes to "pull their nets".
