The firetiger warts were all sold out down here. I believe the action is more important than the color. I've removed the little wire doohicky from the Brad's Wigglers I bought. And use a size 10, rolling swivel W/ interlocking snap to conect to my line. Fishing from a drifting boat or while anchored didn't really seam to matter. The imoprtant thing was to get the lures in close to shore, eight or so feet of water around rocks.
Also that was a new lure before the fish attacked it that day. I even handed off a fish to another boat allowing a young boy to land a small hen. It was cool watching him crank that fish in.
