Dave, the fillets do fit in a Big Chief, if you cut the one piece (both halves) into the conventional one-side fillets. I would just like to smoke the whole thing in one piece, one time and be able to bring it to a party as one huge butterflied fillet. I made noises about getting that old fridge set up as a smoker last year and didn't get to it.......it'll probably be the same story again this year, but who knows......maybe I'll.......nah
