I have not caught a lot of perch incidentally on the north end while trolling for trout. I think most are in the south end and maybe around UW. I would check out the fishing map that you can find at Ted's. Good luck and if you do good please post. BTW trout fishing should be picking up about now(arrowtree point, Juanita bay, Kirkland shoreline). May even luck into a winter run although that don't happen much anymore.....Damn sea lions.....damn politicians pretty much put an end to that oppertunity .
