There are usually schools of perch in Juanita Bay and in the Kenmore area. This is a bit later than I usually target them, but begin by looking in water 20-30 feet deep. If you have a decent fish finder you should se school that look a bit like haystacks at any depth from 20-60 feet. I believe they tend to move deeper as fall progresses.

This year, in September, we found small schools around Kenmore in 33 feet of water, but they were bigger than usual. Several were more than 12 inches.
