There were actually two points to the above posting. One is that while Bush continues to hammer away at Kerry for waffling, he has done more than his share of it. Two we need to remember that this President did NOT want to from a Dept of Homeland Security and did not want to have a 9/11 commission look into his handling of the terrorism problem.
