TK, why are US drug companies charging foreigners in foreign lands far less for drugs than they do US citizens? You'd think it'd be the other way around wouldn't you?
You mention doctors but nothing about insurance companies, the true culprit, in your selective reasoning. And before you go on about the necessity of tort reform to drive down insurance costs lets first have insurance companies show us their books so we can all see that the rates being charged are justified.
