TK, it actually sounds like you are proving my point unintentionally. The skyrocketing malpractice premiums really have nothing to do with malpractice lawsuits and the insurance industry is unwilling to open it's books to prove that they are. The reason I brought the subject up is that I have read lately that this is heating up again and that some doctors have begun refusing treatment to trial lawyers.
