GW has spent more on education than clinton and with mandatory increases in SSN, Medicare madicaid humanservices etc. Spensing on those issues are at an all time high. Stem cell reaserch $$ has doubled under Bush. . Last time I checked Bruce was worth many many millions. How come he does not just write a check back to the feds and help? If he does not like the dispartiy of the rich to poor?
