Most all of those billionaires except Teresa Heinz Ketchup give tons to help others and pay tons to support others so they don't have to eat dog food. Unfortunately alot of older folks would not think of taking a hand out. They just never believed in it. Todays generation is different. Today the government and the rich people "owe" them.
