They should have put it in Eastern Wahington off I-90 somewhere--then they wouldn't have added to an already overburdend I-5's problems. The weather is more cooperative, land more readily and inexpensively available and the area could've benefited from the non-agricultural economic stimulis.

Besides, the Eastern Washington already holds a sizeable lead in chewing tobaco sales and stylish mullet hair cuts.
