I can't relate or help. Never been seasick (knocking on wood). What has usually worked for me is to consume copious amounts of fermented liquid and nachos the night before followed by a greasy breakfast after 3 hrs sleep.

Usually helps to get sick before you step aboard....good luck.

Candied ginger helps also.
