Vick WILL return to the NFL, unless Goodell explicitly prohibits him from doing that. If Goodell tries it the NFLPA will go nuts, and because of that my guess is Goodell will say: "We will leave this up to the courts, and judicial system, once Mr. Vick as re-paid his debt to society, the NFL cannot stand in his way of his source of income." You have to remember there are guys who have killed people (DUI) beat their significant others, and had multitude other transgressions in that league.

After his stint in stripes, he will return to the NFL (saying he learned his lesson, he is sorry, he got counseling, he dropped is old crew, blah, blah, blah).
