I have had mine on 2 boats. Very pleased except for the wireless remote. I was able to buy factory direct (guide discount), but since Garmin purchased Nautamatic, you must now go through a dealer. The purchase price is pretty much the same, it's the install time/hourly rate is where the major price difference is. Be sure and get someone who will tune it to your boat (on the water) when picking an installer.
