No doubt there are a couple of you guys on here. I have been shooting my knight bighorn for only one year. Don't claim to be a expert elk hunter.

But I am looking to learn, anyone interested in taking a amature out in the field.

Hunting experience is limited, little bit of upland bird , little bit of duck, I have hunted Mulies in Northern Ca. (x3a,x3b when drawn) I hunted down there with a camp of guys that you had to be invited into. Group has been together for 30+ years.

Anyway, I do drink no drugs, married with a couple kids full time job.

Gear wise, I think I am set. I really mean that.

I have been hunting by myself in the Dicky for 3 years. First two years modern then last year muzzleloader.

Its not very smart to hunt by yourself, I know that but I just haven't found anyone to hunt with.

I don't really want to go back to the dicky, they opened the road up where I had been hunting. Last year the archers hammered the bulls that I had been on. This year I haven't scouted. It really bummed me out last year, I had been on those elk during my scouting trips.

So if your partner can't hunt the whole season this year or you wouldn't mind a extra guy to help pack out your animal or maybe you need a extra gun to cover that ridge. Let me know.

I am big on maps. I just like to know where I am, what the terrian is like over that ridge. I also like to use google earth.
Prior to hunting a new area.
