Yeah, that is a lot of good info there. I have a couple of basic rules about eating, which when I follow them I do pretty good.

1) Try to eat something that has a momma every day (protiens).

2) Don't eat it if it is more than 2 degrees from it's original form (processed foods).

Those are easy to understand, but hard to follow in this Generican lifestyle. I'm trying to teach clean eating to my kids, but they love things like Mac-n-cheese and frozen pizzas.

The exercise (gym membership) is the only thing that keeps me from turning into a complete tub.
