i checked one out today and they are the same size at the freshwater revos with a deeper spool. and at $229 i wont be buying one anytime soon.

140 of 12lb is way more then enough for anything i will ever fish for. i have never had a fish take more then half a spool of line anyway. and i never use more then 10lb for anything so im really getting about 160-170yds of 10lb.

but those offshore revos are some badass reels, but then again so are the other 3 models. just gotta decide if that carbonex drag washers are needed or not.

same with any reel i guess, the cheaper models usually work just fine, BUT then you get that one fish that rips you a new one and then you kick yourself for not getting the better model with the better drag and gears.
