My dad is a wine expert as a hobby and I spent my youth helping him make wines. We had deals with vinyards in eastern Washington and would pick what the pickers missed bringing back a one ton pickup load at a time. He even made quite a few cases of champagne around 1970. When it was new it was crap and 90% would end up on the ceiling. But 20+ years later he opened up a case and it was some of the best champagne Ive ever had. Myself I am partial to Bordeaux's but mostly drink good bourbon or scotch.
Even a bottle of T-bird will taste pretty sweet on that day.
