you are the man Chuck...thanks bunches...the property is paid for, house and all land, which makes it a good thing...but we were looking around and found that there could be some kind of peanalty for his dad becuase he is older, and has to do with medicare, im not sure, but we are looking into it..i think it has to do with him being 89 and giving things away....

i know about the 10,000 dollar per family member thing, due to my grandpa now being 101 come this valentines day, he has prob over 500 grand and 9 houses in the bay area...he worked hard for that, had 9 kids, so he could leave each one a place, but never thought he would have to start giving away his money before he died...it is amazing how much tax you need to pay in this world sometimes...

and people are ruthless when it comes to suing...crazy little world...c
