The accusations aren't false...as a matter of fact, they're not even accusations, they're admissions, from McCain himself.

The fact that he wasn't tried for anything means that those reviewing his actions didn't find that they were deserving of a court martial, not that his actions didn't happen.

Quoting Marsha as a "centrist" is about as smart as quoting FoxNews as "fair and balanced"...
