Statutory rape? I guess if you were to go down that road you would have to start charging probably 30% of all high school seniors in the country, since most males of high school age date girls that are slightly younger. How many of you guys dated a girl who was younger that you in high school? I know I did, I was 18 and my GF was 17. Probably bigger issues out there to burden the legal system with.
