This is a complete upper in 22lr. not a conversion. It has 1 mag, 16" heavy barrel, free floated handguard. It will snap on to any ar-15 lower reciever with no modifications. It is missing the extractor. I had it to my gunsmith and he cant locate one. the part is very cheap. It shot great up to that point. 135.00 firm. call 253-370-1095
