the big white salmon has a hard core group of night fishers. just as drano does. those who fish the BWS use small boats, say 10' to 12'ers, cartoppers. and oars. ten bucks says the ol'timer got into a fish and tripped in the dark. net, ice chest, life jacket things like that. fell in and took a deep gulp of cold water and thats how things happen.
