Agreed, that makes sense. That would account for how they purchase their rocket parts. You mentioned earlier China's involvement, which I don't doubt at all and also suspect Russia as well. However, as tightly locked down as Gaza has been I imagine they can only be helping monetarily. I don't think Hamas is sophisticated enough to be smuggling in entire missles.
