I didn't see that part...and if that's true, then there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he did...nothing whatsoever. Looks like the President did exactly what I suggested in my last post.

As far as the reason for firing him, it doesn't take much to be proper...and not having confidence in him is plenty of reason, especially if it's backed up by the CSNS attorney, and the Sacramento AG, both of whom are Republicans, one of whom was appointed by George W. Bush.

Tempest in a teapot, all of it.
