Quality only goes so far. The eye and skill of the shooter can make up for the gear.

Stick's got a good eye for the shot, as well as the correct gear for the job.

I, on the other hand, given the same bodies and lenses that Stick is using, will be the first to admit that my photos would *still* suck.

I don't have the eye and apparently I have "the palsey". Damn, that quote still cracks me up!
