I know you can find the older, first generation ones on eBay in near new condition for under $100- easier to find if you can do a 200 (right handed, not 201 left handed). The drags in these are available and can be repaired.

I also fish spoons with a chrome bantum 201sg with black handle. it is great with the reverve feature for feeding out line when extending a drfit, but I have been advised that you cannot replace the drags on these. And I see them on eBay for in the mid-$100-200 range. Ollie Damons told me that allot of guys buy them off eBay in "like new" condition and the drag is smoked!


You can replace the drag washers in the Bantam 201SG no problem. The part that wears out that you cannot replace is the gear for the handle.
