Ouch, that last one was a painful read. Just looked it up and yes it is a true bill but will go no where. Not BO attempting to grab anything. Just one jerkoff's bill to likely please his base. One of those "look at what I put forward to help". It is not going anywhere. And I hate mass email for just that reason.
