Gary will give a presentation on blackmouth fishing in Puget Sound. Gary has fished these waters for some 40 years and is a full time charter boat Capt.
Andy Marks CCA GRC, Andy will talk about what is happening in the politics of fishing here in washington state.
Main raffle prize is two seats on Gary's boat for blackmouth.
