In baseball's world that is a steal for a Cy Young contender. Why would Feliz want to sign with the M's? Well, Felix has been in this organization his entire Pro career and he is very comfortable with them. This team is not all that far away from being a contender in the AL West, about 10-12 more wins then this last season would do the job.
