A guy I know near Lincoln City has his entire house packed with vintage fishing gear. I mean, this place rivals any museum, ANYWHERE. Literally hundreds of rods, hundreds of reels, OLD OLD...complete with original boxes, paperwork... he has wires running the width of the walls, with all kinds of old lures and flies hanging off them. It is seriously the most rediculously awesome display of goods I've ever seen.

The only 'good' thing I've ever had, was a spinner of sorts I found at a yard sale, still attached to its display card, with a 1927 date stamped on it. I was in college at the time, and since I was paying all that on my own...an old spinner, though cool, looked like $$$ to me, so I Ebay'ed it (and bought a term's worth of books!)
